I remember when I first got hired by Canadian tire on a work program.I worked my way up from off loading trailers to warehouse supervisor, and within a few years I was made warehouse manager. I work days and nights just to make sure we keep on top of trailers and inventory. We used to have a joke at the time I was almost divorced before I was married because of the hours I put In. Then came a option to grow with another company. It was a hard decision to make because Canadian tire was like family, but like i said earlier, I was almost divorced before I was married so I had to make the hard decision to leave and try to grow outside of Canadian Tire.
