In my commissioning I aim to spot gaps in the market, particularly for new authors and new topics, so I commissioned early major professional references on such diverse topics as botulinum toxins, mesotherapy, tooth whitening, assisted reproductive technologies, and time-lapse embryology (amongst others!). As editor, I have managed a number of complex books, often with large international contributor lists, often through multiple editions, from initial invitations through to launch and beyond.My main areas of interest are Dermatology (including Cosmetic Dermatology and all aspects of Aesthetic Practice; also Dermatopathology, particularly Dermoscopy), Gynaecology (including Reproductive Medicine and Maternal-Fetal Medicine), Oncology, and Paediatrics.
