- Did detailed analysis, prototyping and usability testing for E-koolikott (e-koolikott.ee/et/search) - an intuitive and user friendly e-learning material repository for Estonian Ministry of Education and Research. It allows anyone to create interactive e-learning materials and publish them on the repository in an easily searchable way. The repository is able to embed over 95% of all links and over 65% of all files that the users have added to their learning materials over the years. This way learners can do most of their learning without leaving the repository. - Did detailed analysis, prototyping and usability testing for The North Estonia Medical Centre to digitize their nursing documentation and to formulate a nursing epicrisis XML for sending to the national electronic health record repository TEHIK. - Did Figma design and detailed analysis of requirements for a custom ERP software for ITK Marine. - Did detailed analysis, prototyping and usability testing in a project to build a document generator for SynLab with manageable rules for automatic data correction that require minimal manual input from SynLab's accountants. The resulting PDF's and excel sheets give clients an overview of what analyses are included in each invoice for each doctor and each patient. - Did detailed analysis for Statistics Estonia to build an application that allows scientists to search and request access to national survey data.- Expanded functionality of sending digital referral letters for The North Estonia Medical Centre that enables doctors to send structured details of the cases they are treating to specialists in other fields to ask for their professional advice. - Helped Estonian Health and Welfare Information Systems Centre to map the best practices and compare software for managing and publishing clinical information models and mappings between the CDA and FHIR R5 interoperability standards.- Collaborated on various proposals for software development procurements.

- Built a messaging system for Telia Finland that listens to source systems, triggers and composes messages and sends them via any channel like email, SMS, Twitter, feeds/homepage news post, or to other systems. Mainly used to send personalized email or SMS to end users about mobile network disturbances affecting their locations of interest to reduce amount of customer support contacts and warn end users of network maintenance work. - Built embedded software for vended and on premise Alliance Laundry washing machines with touchscreen UI, extensive payment options and cycle programming, user friendly error handling, OtA software updates and remote fleet control.

Expanded the DreamApply exchange student application system SaaS to be simultaneously used by members of a large network of European conservatories, whose students can now all apply to study abroad in any other member of the network as long as the accepting institution has added their study programmes and set up their enrollment process and schedules. In essence this became the Worlds first Europewide student exchange management system that fits the requirements to application and enrollment workflows of each client university. Besides system analysis and product ownership I tested new features for acceptance, onboarded 45 universities and supported them during their first application periods.

1 year of system analysis for a pharmacy chain (building their new website, product management system, client profile based medicine recommendations, self-service system and e-shop). 9 months of business analysis for an international telecom company (transition from their old website, self-service system and client management system). 2 semesters of teaching Business Analysis in Tallinn University of Technology with support from my colleagues at Iglu and guest lecturers from our business partners. Founded and led an NGO where we created an online learning environment kae.edu.ee where students can learn math through videos and interactive exercises, just like Khan Academy but in Estonian. The vision was to cover the national school programme and more with Creative Commons licensed learning material, allowing students to study at their own pace and allowing teachers to "flip the classroom". The site is still operational with over 150 original videos and 100 exercises.
