Second in charge of the command's resourcing advocacy, financial programming, budgeting and execution in support of all DOD operations in Latin America (less Mexico) and the Caribbean.

Oversaw several analysis of alternative (AOA) studies in support of major acquisition decisions for US Army and US Marine Corps capabilities.

Portray enemy engineers during monthly training rotations at the National Training Center. Also, enforce safety and rules of engagement during live force-on-force armored training.

Oversaw lanes training and certification for Army National Guard and US Army Reserve soldiers in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
