Working for DTS but embedded in the Office of the State Auditor and Treasurer, I work supporting their endeavors into public outreach (via Salesforce Community).

Directed two Salesforce Orgs running unique processes in each. Migrated from Classic to Lightning interface and drove user adoption of the new interface by involving end users in discovery and setup of optimal methods to view data in Lightning using their specific processes.

Deployed and Tested all SalesForce packages using ANT, Command Line and SalesForce administration tools. Designed, configured and tested SalesForce Applications: Console Applications, Page Layouts, Validations, Flows, custom fields, Users, Permissions, security and Objects. Directed the conversion of manual processes into Salesforce objects with automation, reports, permissions, etc.Work directly and indirectly with department heads and PM's to create the solutions desired.

I encrypted several dozen Windows and Mac PC's and verified that the rest were also updated.

I manage QQest's TimeForce app for 30+ companies as well as Kronos' SAASHR. Manage and customize MS Dynamic's CRM for our support staff and utilize the Integration Manager as well as a myriad of other tools to make our departments more efficient. Most of this involves data import/export between time-keeping and payroll including creating custom export/import templates as well as direct SQL manipulation.I also use MS SQL 2008 r2 extensively to support MS Dynamics Great Plains (Darwin - by thinkware). I find and correct bad data, pull reports via queries, create Views to run as smartlists, etc.

 While installing wireless broadband internet, I gained a hands on real life understanding of cat5e: crimping, Config A and B ends, crossover cables and POE. I patched home networks over home telephone lines using the available twisted pairs. I “toned out” lines to determine the remote termination of untraceable cables. I used advanced networking concepts daily to alter my subnet IP address to remotely program networking devices and get home networks running. I changed roles at Digis to tech. support where I now use linux command line to ssh into management routers and bandwidth controllers to access files controlling the network and monitor real time ip traffic. I use subnet calculators to determine IP ranges based on subnet masks.

Singlepoint was purchased by Digis.I was the sole technical support rep for Singlepoint.- FTP: training clients how to use ftp to upload websites to our webservers.- Email: training clients how to access pop3 or web email using outlook- Wireless broadband: troubleshoot connectivity to wireless broadband and home networking.- Dial Up support: set up, troubleshoot and repair dial up

I’ve made multiple arrests for felonies ranging from assault to possession of illegal substances. I’m responsible for the return of stolen vehicles to their rightful owners. I stood up to armed criminals while alone and unarmed. I keep a cool head and sharp mind in the face of impending danger and threat of violence.

 MSN is Microsoft's ISP. MSN created their own web portal software which integrates many of their OS features (Windows media player, Windows messenger, Internet Explorer, etc). This software communicates to MSN on different ports and often conflicted with many of the popular Antivirus Providers due to Firewall settings. As a member of MSN Tech support, we were able to assist customers on bothe the PC and Apple Macintosh platforms.  McLeodUSA is a Telecommunications provider. While McleodUSA still operates, more than half of the company was lost due to market conditions after 9/11/01 - I worked in the SLC office until it closed in June 2002. I was offered a position at their HQ in Iowa but turned it down. I have found that I learn technical skills quickly and have a good balance in being able to learn quickly and help others to understand. I taught myself and was taught in depth technical details from every customer relations department in McleodUSA including: Legal Correspondence - settlement agreements, letters of apology and other document preparation, and Order Management – how to send an electronic orders to Qwest, read and understand the telecommunications industry feature programming language and utilize OM tools to resolve technical issues.I quickly found myself reporting to the Director of the West, two levels in management above my direct supervisor, and helping him with issues at the Executive Escalation level including resolving complaints submitted to the PUC and Better Business Bureau. I manage an average of 25 projects at once and have had many customer compliments. I have quickly resolved issues ranging in scope from short term technical issues to long standing billing problems. These billing issues have included simple tax corrections and $100,000 computer errors accumulating over a years time. On one account my research resulted in a savings of $6,000 in a legal issue caused by an oversight in the sales department. My initiative in learning processes that no one else had learned lead to the entire center forwarding legal issues to me to resolve with aid from our company lawyers.My quality assurance scores always average in the mid 90s. I have numerous perfect attendance awards and, as mentioned above, many customer compliments.
