He is committed to creating opportunities for ISPT and its investors which provide exposure to resilient and growing sectors of the economy.Rob is leading ISPT’s move into healthcare and life sciences property and is playing a large part in strengthening the business as it adapts to future market needs and navigates emerging opportunities.His vision is to provide members of some of Australia’s most significant superannuation funds with property investment exposure through strategic partnerships with healthcare and community service providers and life sciences organisations, to deliver better health outcomes for the broader community. He is seeking to foster a different dynamic between healthcare organisations and owners of property – providing these organisations with long-term security and peace of mind, flexible occupancy arrangement and a framework of operational integrity, incorporating state-of-the-art facilities for both patients and staff.Drawing on his experience across other property sectors, Rob believes there is an opportunity to create better working environments for healthcare workers and more sustainable healthcare precincts overall.Known for doing things strategically, Rob’s goal is to form partnerships with healthcare operators and facilitate partnerships amongst researchers, service providers, clinicians, and other key participants, to develop sustainable health and mixed-use precincts. This approach not only supports the needs of ISPT’s investors and their members, but also provides better health outcomes for Australians and enables the delivery of better facilities across the healthcare sector.Rob is an advocate for community service and contributes outside his own sphere of life. He is an active SES Volunteer, which involves quick and strategic thinking in emergencies and keeps him connected to the needs of his community.
