Robert (Bob) leads the Enterprise Resilience Practice within National Risk Control. The practice provides risk-consulting services including Business Continuity Management, Supply Chain Management, Crisis Management and Emergency Response Plans across every industry vertical. Our services include gap analysis of current resilience capabilities, planning, testing/training and exercises. Bob was President of Continuum Solutions Ltd; acquired by Gallagher in February 2016.

Continuum Solutions provided Operational Risk Management services to a variety of companies in Energy, Chemicals, Natural Resources, Pharmaceutical and Financial Services. These services included Business Continuity Management-I/T Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Risk Management, and Crisis Management.

Bob directed Booz Allen Hamilton’s Commercial Resilience business. In this capacity, he served as client relationship manager and program manager for a variety of global Fortune 100 clients in life sciences, consumer and media, financial services, and infrastructure verticals. Capabilities included program management, strategic risk assessments, implementation of governance programs, program planning/implementation as well as testing/training/exercising.

Bob was a Managing Director in Marsh's Corporate Preparedness Practice, where he was responsible for global client relationship management for a variety of industry verticals; with a heavy concentration in financial services and life sciences.
