Responsible for closing inquiries through phone calls, emails, conducting site visits and entertaining potential clients. I coordinated with the operations team to ensure quality event execution for our guests, while continuously surpassing monthly sales goals.

Execute internal and external special events in Universal Studios, Islands Of Adventure, CityWalk, Resort Hotels and sound stages. Assist with arrival and check-in of event guests, facilitate movement of groups throughout the resort, provide itinerary information and assistance to special event guests, maintain boundaries of event, distribute programs, souvenirs, ponchos, etc. Provide assistance during productions in the park with crowd control, barricades, and rope and stanchion placement.

Join the Sales and Marketing team in researching and executing assigned projects, performingin-market sales presentations, and developing innovative sales processes. Develop relationships with guest service agents in the field to gain insight and to identifyrevenue-boosting opportunities. Since starting this position, I have assisted the company with a complete rebranding from it’s previous name and marketing strategies while also contributing to a 25% increase in our monthly sales compared to 2017.
