Responsible for solicitations(RFx), negotiations and purchase orders, creating document templates.

-Supporting Facilities(maintenance and operations) Department-Producing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, IFBs, purchasing agreements, contracts-Facilitating Architect, Contractor and Facility contracts-Contract Negotiations -Purchased items for Facility Department and Construction Department-Supporting other departments within the District for soliciting bids.**Major Accomplishments: realized $500k in savings per year in trash contract($2.5m in total), created small business purchase program for the facilities department and the District, moved Sourcing Dept towards digital records, obtained truck loads of major Covid supplies for District at discount and timely manner at peak of demand.

Manage, budget, and be directly responsible for the purchasing function of fixtures, furniture, &equipment for all assigned projects. Investigate new developments relative to materials and make recommendations designed to reduce cost and improve quality.**Major Accomplishments: created order form to gain efficiency(changing order process from 2-5 days to 1 hour), major rollout of fixtures to 450+stores involving 4 different products/companies delivering all on the same date.

Responsible for outside and regional sales in the mountain west region and beyond. Also responsible for E-Commerce which include sales, web-editing and maintenance.

Successfully negotiated several key accounts by increasing purchasing power while maintaining an adequate/ manageable inventory levels for store. Responsible for inventory management at warehouse and store levels: including ordering and forecasting replenishment skus. Created a new retail store concept for the company. Collaborated with a vendor product design to be placed in the stores. Managed up to 10 people during the busy season.**Major Accomplishments: Increased productivity and efficiency in a warehouse setting going from 1500 sq ft. and 1 employee to 15,000 sq. ft. and 10 employees Converted a 1,500 sq. ft. warehouse space into a 40,000 sq. ft. then refined the warehouse to a 15,000 sq. ft.Collaborated on a design of a retail hockey skate sock for DRYMAX Sock CompanyConceptual and physical design of 40,000 sq.-ft. Warehouse/retail store concept model, including but not exclusive to: store/warehouse floor plans, designing retail a retail racking system, advertising and merchandising. This store would serve as a blue print for other stores opened/remodeled in the future.
