Guy with a talk show now.I'm just a guy born & raised in Texas who was a teen parent that married his high school sweetheart and was lost for a few years then joined the Army where I found my love for transportation & logistics. Since then I've had quite the ride the last 18yrs in logistics. I served & trained with the infamous 101st ABN DIV as an 88M which propelled me to get my CDL-A that allowed me to drive for 10.5 years. After graduating college I left the truck for some years to pursue the office side where I learned a massive amount regarding operations, fleet managing, leadership, problem solving skills, and so much more. I can say those few years were instrumental in gaining the knowledge & experience I have today, but it wasn't meant to be as I returned to the truck because the pay wasn't worth the headache. Fast Forward a few years & some how I ended up in brokering where I bounced around a few small, badly run firms until I found my home and along with it a mentor in my boss. Here is where Pedro Potato was born & eventually a random DM on LinkedIn in the summer of 2023 would launch the next step in my logistics journey, The Logistics Lounge.That story is yet to be written, but you can see it unfold in real time by following us & tuning in to the show.
