Current-Developed macros for Excel to convert XML files from probes into an easily readable format, and then into XML that can be loaded into MDM. This shortened the time to process the files and increased the accuracy.-Developed a macro to easily identify reads calculated with an incorrect multiplier. This increased data accuracy and reduced potential incorrect billing.-Researched and corrected meter multiplier errors. Responsible for correcting the data in CCB and MDM when necessary.-Created, edited, and ran SQL scripts to monitor for MDM data issues as well as daily reports for usage and IMD exceptions and non-communicating meters.-Researched and resolved daily exceptions in MDM and CCB. This included daily exceptions as well as the monitoring of accounts and meter reads, creation of reasonable estimates and ensuring accounts will be billed with proper data from MDM.-Collaborated with multiple departments including Billing, Smart Meter Operations, Scheduling and Metering to resolve issues and errors on accounts, including errors on daily reads and non-communicating meters, preventing them from billing timely and accurately. -Responsible to load probe files sent to us from the meter technicians into MDM, and ensured that these meters had properly aligned data.
