Client: Era Real Estate Corporation, Vietnam.Position: Supervisor (be representative of Kumho E&C, Korean Company.Job description:- Conduct safety induction and require all workers and all sub-contractors to attend every morning at site to check the daily manpower, and physical condition of them, after that carry out the tool box meeting for supervisors only to coordinate the various departments, discover discrepancies of activities and raise priority activities with deadlines;- Site walk to monitor and ensure all works of foremen and workers to meet requirements and specifications of clients and consultants.- Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure work process to be smooth;- Check the construction drawings to ensure they satisfy all specifications. Also, make the method statements drawing via AUTO CAD and calculated capacity of structures by Sap, Fead, Etabs, Safe, Plaxis, etc.- React immediately in case of non-conformity happened;- Ensure that all materials used and works are done in conformity with the required plans and specifications;- Maintain the schedule and track progress, make the weekly and monthly report to the Site manager or project manager with MS Project. Conduct catch-up plan in case schedule being late;- Complete minutes reports with full of signs from all parties to claim work done on time
