I am Co-Founder and Principal Structural Engineer at Phelan Shilo Partners. I founded PSP to push the boundaries of what's possible; for both ourselves and our clients. A big part of my role is to steer our evolution to be better; I continually strive to implement better processes, adopt better methodologies and deliver better results.The environment we’ve created is unlike any that I have been involved in.
