Selected to open new branch in Mandeville, Louisiana to service South Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. Established relationships with production and custom builders through cold calling, mail based marketing campaigns, and local Home Builder Association committee membership. Sought out, qualified, and negotiated labor rates for subcontractors. Set and maintained worksite safety guidelines to OSHA standards. Managed all projects including ordering, scheduling, pre and post site inspections, quality inspections, cost control, and timely invoice delivery. Performed service and repair work when needed.

AMF is the premier name in bowling equipment, family entertainment, and associated food and beverage operations nationwide. Total P+L responsibility for stores. Included recruiting, hiring, training, budgeting, forecasting, sales, expense control, cost of sales and inventory control, labor scheduling, and capital planning of both bowling and food and beverage operations. Span of control grew to as many as 14 stores in 5 states, with revenues of 14 million dollars.

Approximate revenues of $900K annually.Duties included day to day operations, developing and implementing marketing and sales plans for league, tournament and open play development, hiring and training center staff, customer service, equipment and lane maintenance, food and lounge operations, and the retention of a base of 1,300 league customers. Aggressive inside and outside sales combined with a strong customer focus and expense controls were the keys to my success.
