Responsible for economic development, regeneration, property and energy management for Salford City Council. In addition a member of the Council's senior leadership team.

Responsible for all housing related support services including homelessness service provision, temporary accommodation, supporting people services and grant management. A member of the Directorates Adult Services management team I contributed significantly to the leadership of the Directorate and the Council.

Managed the delivery of a range of services within the Regeneration Directorate. Brought private sector knowledge and experience of managing business into the public sector, in particular, finance and performance management.
