Moved from previous role to directly supporting the Fanatics Collectibles/Topps division and oversee the Infrastructure, Corporate Systems, and Tech Support teams. Became the glue between all Fanatics companies for integration capabilities.

In addition to responsibilities from previous role, I took over management of all Fanatics divisions globally to include our international businesses. I provided leadership and technical guidance to Fanatics Inc, Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Betting & Gaming, Fanatics Collectibles, and Topps. I was the main point of contact for business departments when they had a technology problem that needed solving. I played a key role in overhauling the onboarding process to improve onboarding workflows for all departments involved.

Managed Local Tech Support teams that provided and maintained end user technology for the employees of the company globally . This included laptops, desktops, printers, video conferencing systems, and A/V equipment. Managed vendors that supplied or supported the in office technology.Managed technology build outs of new offices to provide required technology and introduce new technology to improve the efficiency and productivity of the users.

Advised and supported multiple small to medium size business clients in many industries to include medical, manufacturing, and retail on Microsoft networks, and unified telecommunications systems. Maintained one help desk for all clients. Submitting, tracking, and completing trouble tickets for all issues. Diagnosed everyday computer hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues for all clients. Maintained servers with daily backups, virus protection and security updates for all clients.
