My responsibilities:• Reporting to the CEO, Supervisory Board and Shareholders• Current control over the all financial aspects of the company• Management and supervision of accounting and controlling departments, administration, IT and HR• Cooperation with the banks, auditors, consulting firms, leasing and of legal advisors, as well as with customers and vendors• Preparing and supervising budgets and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports• Preparing financial statements, participation and supervision of the audit of financial statements• Preparing budgets and forecasts short and long-term and the operational plans of the Company, together with the management Board and their implementation • Active participation at the Supervisory Boards and General Meetings of Shareholders• Cash flow management and optimization of financial flows• Management of HR policy and legal aspects of the company• Transformation and restructuring in the capital group• Participation in the company's investment projects - the formation of consortia and companies• Supervision and control of the reporting company to the third parities• Financing of the projects and the legal and financial support• Cooperation with tax advisors in the optimization of obligations and tax risks• Create and participate in the restructurings and the optimization of costs• Fleet management• Participation in the process of due diligence and finding strategic investors for the Company• Risk management in conducted projects
