I've strong technical ability but business-orientated in outlook - meaning I don't believe in technology for technology's sake, My style is "think then do" - anticipate, prepare and set goals, keep the team moving forward towards outcome then move adroitly move forward to deliver whilst listening for feedback to support, reassure and simplify challenges so as best to allow individual talent and team dynamics to flourish and overall desired outcomes to be achieved.
