Regardless of the role, I aim to proactively address stakeholder concerns before they become critical to the business, involving them in finding and being part of the solution while, at the same time, instilling confidence in them that the team and I will make things happen without them having to sit in on every discussion!I've been a very successful leader within both Programme Management and IT and Technology. I have a proven track record of success in leading and influencing a wide variety of business areas to deliver complex, high profile technical change programmes and building business units to support manage in-life delivery. I've experienced both sides of development and delivery both as a consultant and in a "line" role.At different stages in my career I've had technology, IT and Programme Leadership and technical consulting focussed roles.
