- responsible for all operations of production (welding shops, final machining, painshops, assembly operation, worshop of prepartion input material)

•Managing of production plant with 200 direct employees and 15 indirect (department-production, planning, technology , production – welding ,machining,assembly, quality, ware house ,logistic )•Preparation of planning production and control production process by IS Dialog•Preparation and control operational budget ,manage human and material resources to meet production targets•Analyze production and quality control to detect and corrects problems•Permanent improvement production process – inpelementation 5S, Kaizen methods, Kanban labels in ware house with raw materials•Optimalization of production processes (cycle time, material consumption, no OK pieces) managing of technical department •Supervising the work staff include teamleaders , define KPI indicators , creation motivation system for workers (deadlines, productivity, quality)

•Managing of production plant with 60 direct employees and 12 indirect (department-commerce and sale, design, technology , production – welding ,machining,assembly, quality, ware house ,logistic )•Preparation and control operational budget ,plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company•Define business strategy and finding new clients •Dealings with customers – offers and quotations•Creation Sale department for centralan and east Europe – new persons•Production planning – system HACO-soft (belgic software)•Cooperation with headquarter in France (deliveries components for assembly, modification of drawings)•Optimalization of production processes (cycle time, material consumption, no OK pieces)

-Responsibilty for the development, design and manufacture stamping tools for production of sheet-metal components ,forms for rubber vulcanization and checking fixtures-Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products (tools for products of metal,aluminium, plastic) in compliance with company goals and objectives-Monitoring the budgets and reviewing financial statement-Participating actively in standardization, cost reduction and increase of productivity - KPI indicators-Implementation new strategies into production 5S, Kaizen, -effective management of departments - sale and marketing, design, technology, production,quality

Responsibility to manage a daily operation of the employer including the common departments as there are: quality, purchasing, production control, production warehousing, shipping,engineering and machine maintenance.Leading of production, organizing of work of employees.Implementation of growth and cost reduction strategies - lean management, 5S, Kaizen, 6 sigma etc, and future development strategies

- Connaissance du process emoitissage (plan méthodes,outils) et du réferentiel produit/process a l´emboutissage- Assimiler l´animation métier Emboitissage- Décomposer et peser les taches et les postes - Organiser l´activité du groupe de préparateurs- Apporter son assistance technique et méthodologique aux techniciens- Animer la recherche de gain de productivité- Controler le déroulement des travaux réalisés et notamment la qualité du travail et l´atteinte des résultat.
