As fallout from this, am currently the Executive Director of the Cartier Regional Water Coop, which serves 7 municipalities from Portage la Prairie to West St Paul.Currently the co-owner of Q Municipal Emergency Coordination Network, which provides emergency management contractors and services to Manitoba municipalities.
