Diving Supervisor in the Modernization of the Swinoujscie – Szczecin Fairway Project. Including cable cutting, UXO, ferromagnetic and oversized objects removal.

As a Polish Defense Ministry's representative in multi ministrys group for threats like sunken: ammunition, UXO, chemical weapon and fuel related with deep sea shipwrecks lying at Polish waters, ex. ,,Franken" i had chance to cooperate with polish responsibilities to find ways to solve this problem. My main job was to represent Polish Navy's point of view and capabilities in accordance to diving and underwater works needed.

I represented Polish Armed Forces as national representative in NATO Underwater Diving Working Group. NATO Standarisation Office (NSO) is responsible for building safety standards in all diving measures conducted by NATO members.

As a Senior Specialist and a member of National Centre for Research and Development regulatory team in project dedicated for EOD Divers i was responsiblle for supervision steps taken in this project. Main object was to deliver new projected decompression for Polish EOD divers in range from 0 m up to 80 m depth. While using semi closed CRABE aparatus.

As a member of steering committee, directly responsiblle for divinng systems, I managed the project of delivery Submarine Rescue & Diving Vessel, which involved delivery by the commercial worldwide company (JFD) of saturation diving system and hyperbaric chambers complex designs together with integration of NATO submarine rescue system (NSRS) for the Polish Navy.

As a senior specialist, diver and diving supervisor my job was to examine candidates and specialists upgrading their military qualifications in jobs related with underwater works, like: divers. diving supervisors, ROV operators, decompression chambers operators, etc. I examined specialist in salvage, engineering and EOD diving.

As Chief Of New Rescue and Diving Techniques Team in Polish Armed Forces Diving School i worked in small team of highest qualified specialists in diving and salvage opperations in Polish Navy. My main duty was to evaluate existing solutions in both training procedures and real usage by the soldiers, to pronounce judgement on new equipment, writing manuals and textbooks, others.

As Head Of Diving Training Division in Polish Armed Forces Diving School i was responsiblle for all divers, diving supervisors and diving equipment operators training. I had to coordinate and command all instructors and teachers in diving division. The range of training was full: from Joung Diver up to senior divers. Including salvage, engineering and EOD divers. The school trained for all types of armed forces (except special forces): Navy, Army and Air Force.

I am the author of ,,Calculations in Hyperbaric and Diving techniques".Manual dedicated to all specialists in hyperbaric and diving opperations. In 2016 implemented in all Poilsh Armed Forces for official use.I am the co-author of the ,,Instruction Manual of Surface Supplied Diving Techniques with KM-37 Helmet". Manual was implemented for official use in 2013.
