  Routine Duties: Performed decontamination of equipment, tools and buildings. Packaged and prepared radioactive waste for disposal and shipping. Installed Lead Shielding. Inspected and cleaned respirators. Performed routine housekeeping in Reactor Building and PAB. Moved trash and laundry from contaminated areas to rad-waste storage Sorted trash, stocked laundry, and all other routine decontamination activitiesDecontamination/Survey: Highly contaminated materials >100mRad. Areas in Reactor Building and the PAB including Hot Particle areas. Tools and equipment for release from Contaminated Areas and the RCA. Plant components such as a Reactor Coolant Pump to be removed from plant. Pressure wash and decontamination of Steam Generator BaysBoundary Set Up: Set up tents and bullpens to include Steam Generator Platforms. Set up and removed contaminated areas.Cavity Support/Decontamination: Monitored and Documented Tri-Nuke operations and DI water use. Set up equipment for evolution. Installed Reactor Head Skirt. Misting and scrubbed “bath tub ring” during drain down. Pressure washed and mopped cavity walls and floor. “Topside” support.Jr. H.P. Duties: Performed routine radiological surveys on areas and items. Source-checked instruments. Surveyed trash and laundry. Monitored personnel exiting the RCA.
