Working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for Faithful+Gould in their Belfast office. Pre-Contract and Post-Contract duties on a wide variety of projects ranging from local residential developments, educational, commercial, and civil projects to overseas 32 story mixed use development in Dubai, and mixed use developments in Romania. I have also spent a year as Cost Manager of a Facilities Management Repair and Maintenance Project for the Royal Bank of Scotland / Ulster Bank, with a portfolio in excess of 300 properties which extended across the North and South of Ireland. My main duties here included, producing and managing monthly cost reports, managing all cost and property variations, producing, negotiating and agreeing monthly valuations, and also attending monthly progress meetings.Currently I am assisting the CDM Co-ordinator on a wide variety of projects. Main duties here include producing design risk registers, pre-construction information packs, reviewing construction health and safety plans, attending design and site meetings, and compiling building manuals.

Worked as a junior site engineer on a residential development in Belfast. General site engineering duties including setting out, taking levels and working closely with all the sub-contractors. Also some site management duties on residential development including a listed building refurbishment.
