During this position my task included the following:- Software application and testing on the respective products as well as reporting.- Support directly to the team leader of the problems that have arisen in order to solve them.- Field testing the technology standard for cellular networks lines of the main telephone operators in Romania.- Working on ADB (Android debug Bridge) program.- Reporting bugs and capturing logs in order to help developers engineers to solve the issue.- Creating bugs tickets , using ALM, and follow it until the issue is solved.- Keep in touch with the developers engineers, providing information in order to solve the issue. During this position in the company, I worked closely with the head of the Retail department, for promoting the brand image by ensuring an attractive design.My main task was centralization of all the stores in the country, as well as the materials that are going toreach them, through direct communication with the regional managers.Beside this, I managed the centralization of sales for each individual company as well (Altex, Emag, Media Galaxy) and presenting the results in weekly meetings.I have worked with: - Microsoft SQL- Microsoft excel- Microsoft PowerPoint
