Provide technical support for bank employees concerning computer related issues that include Microsoft Office assistance and troubleshooting, network password resets, network hardware connection issues, printing setup assistance and troubleshooting, VPN and remote desktop connection assistance. As a level II analyst I am responsible for creating knowledge base documentation that help the other Help Desk analysts resolve or escalate incidents appropriately.

Using administrative rights to utilize the Computer Management tools to start and stop services on remote computers. UNC into computers to clear temporary files to improve computer performance. Troubleshoot Blackberry issues such as no network connectivity and not receiving emails. Utilized the command interface to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
