As a highly skilled Case Manager for WorkCover QLD, My experience aligns well with the qualifications, in particular my extensive knowledge and experience in injury management, legislation and customer relationship management with WorkCover QLD.With over 20 years experience in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation, I am adept to injury management, rehabilitation, safety analysis, training and providing positive customer service outcomes for both injured workers and employers.
