Brighton Post Acute is a residential facility that provides 24-hour medical care and rehabilitation services for individuals who require a higher level of care than what can be provided at home or in an assisted living facility. The building is staffed with licensed healthcare professionals, including registered nurses and therapists, who offer specialized care for individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or those with chronic medical conditions. Our mission is to help residence maintain their highest level of independence and functionality. We achieve this goal by providing special services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and wound care.
