Job duties include but are not limited to.• Coordinate personnel in all repairs, maintenance and operations.• Maintain terminal to ensure compliance with local and state governmental regulations and ensure effective and economical operations• Manage maintenance and capital projects.• Responsible for implementation of SemGroup safety standards in all areas of operation• Recognize and promote ideas that provide safer, more efficient and cost effective ways of operating the terminal.• Audit safety performance of all personnel.• Conduct monthly safety meetings to communicate a consistent safety message and culture.• Interface with all regional and corporate personnel on multiple levels.• Interface with customer representatives on multiple levels as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.• Assist as needed in day-to-day operations of the terminal• Conduct annual evaluations of employee performance.

• Monitor work and safety requirements for all outside contractors working on property; supervised on-site activity.• Participated in cross-training vacation relief for managers at multiple locations. And other special projects.• Respond to customer information requirements and generate necessary reports for customer accounts, billings and inventory replacement.• Develop reports on a customer-by-customer basis.• Perform all functions in the loading/unloading of pipeline and truck activities.• Lead required spill response drills including the following: QI Drill, Tabletop Drill, Contractor Deployment, Contractor Equipment Inspection and In-House Equipment Inspection.• Respond to emergency situations (leaks,spills,fires) by implementing response plans and assessing required resources. Determine level of response and act as Incident Commander in the absence of the Terminal Manager.• In charge of the monthly quality assurance testing

• Inspection of the pipeline and terminal tank farm area daily for leaks, spills and general housekeeping. • Responsible for communicating to contractors and drivers all safety requirements; includes responsibility for training drivers and enforcement of rules (esp. truck loading and unloading procedures).• Assist in the training of new employees in the proper use of safety equipment.• Attend/organize Monthly Safety Meeting and Annual Fire Demonstration.• Participate in HAZWOPER training, HM126F training and annual updates as required.• Prepare Company checklists and receipt/delivery rate sheets for each pipeline/truck movement.• Created the Preventative Maintenance Plan.• Control of the Daily Inventory by use of the terminal management system (Toptech)• Maritime (Barges) and Rail loading/unloading.• Direct Transfers from Barge to Truck.• Help train numerous Manager Trainees and Operators.
