Documentaries/Field productionDirected and produced documentaries for TVOntario's Studio2; CBC Television and CBC Radio, on a wide variety of subjects ranging from the life of sailors in the Great Lakes fleet to Ice Roads in Northern Ontario and Globalization and Ontario's economic future. Other documentaries include one on the government persecution of gays and lesbians in the forties and fifties, the slow food movement and living with bears in Northern Ontario. For the past five years I have worked as a producer/director on the TVO interview program "Allan Gregg in Conversation. Prepared briefing notes for the host on subjects ranging from quantum physics to economics and the arts. I was also the editor of the Allan Gregg website, working in Drupal. Wrote copy, inserted video material and visuals.At the same time, I worked for two seasons on the reality OLN series "Ed's Up," as a story producer.

I was part of a team led by Fred Steinmetz which created the first Communication Arts program for women in the Arabian Gulf. We helped design and build facilities, wrote curriculum and taught students. Each year teachers were hired to teach the year we had just created, while we wrote curriculum for the next year until we had created a three-year program. A graduation piece by one of my students was broadcast on CNN International.

I wrote numerous speeches, mostly for the then Ministry of Industry, Trade and Commerce. As well I wrote speeches for then premier, David Peterson.
