I run the club's nutrition services via Slack. We operate a 'nutrition portal' for club members who opt in for our 'Run and Fuel' membership. Access to the nutrition portal provides members with a weekly lesson and group nutrition coaching support to help improve their health and running performance.As part of the role, I also attend the club's training camps to deliver talks on nutrition and offer 1-1 nutrition support.

We are a co-operative of patients, doctors, nurses, and Lambeth People who have created a network of food growing gardens across the NHS in Lambeth. We are open to everyone who wishes to learn how to grow food or who supports our aims and objectives.We build gardens in GP surgeries. Patients – especially those with long term health conditions – learn how to grow food in a safe and secure environment. Groups are led by nurses who are trained and experienced master gardeners. In the Autumn of 2015, one of our lettuces grown by patients at Kings College Hospital won third prize in a London-wide RHS competition.We began building the Lambeth GP Food Co-op in the Spring of 2013, with support from Lambeth Council and NHS Lambeth Clinical Commissioning Group. We are one of the first community led co-operatives working in and for the NHS. In 2013, we were awarded the Best Sustainable Food Initiative in the NHS by Public Health England and the NHS Sustainability Unit.We are proud of our working partnership with the Malnutrition Project in Lambeth and Southwark. A relationship which enables hospital based nutritionists and dietitians to work alongside patients across our sites and provide informal advice on diet and nutrition. Since April 2015, we have welcomed Kings College London undergraduate and postgraduate dietitians on placement with us.We will be launching a further partnership with Medirest at Kings College Hospital at our contribution to NHS Sustainability Day on Thursday 24th March 2016. We are planning to sell fruit and vegetables grown by patients at Kings College with money from sales going back into the co-operative.
