Regular communication and liaison with the Customer to identify Project requirements and identify 'Statement of Requirements'. Regular communication with contractors and industry to resolve Project issues and to provide clarity on issues.Produced an Equipment Support Directive for all Commercial radio equipments deployed within British Forces Germany

Managed the installation and commissioning of a £20M Electronic Counter Measure system at a geographically remote site in Northern Ireland.
