Training Manager
Current- Job purpose: Provide overall training support in the areas of planning, organization, and leading of training programs to ensure consistency in the delivery and application of training standards across Inframark and.
- Creating training material and content for the ESG Operations’ Learning Management System and other training programs. In partnership with the HR team, assigning and following up on training in the LMS and respond.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning experience designers to identify learning goals and create innovative instructional materials and learning solutions using proven instructional.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain record-keeping of training programs across the ESG Family of businesses
- Develop and document training paths for key positions within the business and communicate this information as needed
- Conduct analyses to identify and define present and future training needs
