Job purpose: Provide overall training support in the areas of planning, organization, and leading of training programs to ensure consistency in the delivery and application of training standards across Inframark and the industry. As a member of the Human Resources team, constant communication and collaboration with subject matter experts is essential to create multimedia educational content across multiple technical disciplines.Responsibilities include:• Creating training material and content for the ESG Operations’ Learning Management System and other training programs. In partnership with the HR team, assigning and following up on training in the LMS and respond daily to any inquiries from learners• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other learning experience designers to identify learning goals and create innovative instructional materials and learning solutions using proven instructional design methodology with regards to current industry trends.• Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain record-keeping of training programs across the ESG Family of businesses• Develop and document training paths for key positions within the business and communicate this information as needed• Conduct analyses to identify and define present and future training needs• Monitor and ensure the achievement of results, including follow-up studies on all completed training programs to evaluate and measure results for senior management and key stakeholders• Organize training logistics and schedule training sessions /meetings and update attendance after sessions• Attend safety classes, reinforce, and comply with company safety policies• Work harmoniously with ESG employees and the public and comply with ESG policies
