Finance professional with 20+ years of experience in finance (equity investments, capital markets structuring, debt syndication) across the Latin American and European markets. Since 2004, I have been heavily involved in the development of capital structures for the acquisition of infrastructure assets by financial sponsors. As an Investment Director at Allianz Capital Partners I was responsible for the origination, execution and asset management of investments in the European market. I was based in London for 10 years until 2011 and previously worked in Luxembourg and Chile. From 2011 onwards I ran a team of relationship managers and structured finance professionals at Banco BICE. Since 2013 I co-headed the corporate finance team of BICE Inversiones. Most recently I was appointed Head of Corporate Banking, leading a team of 70 people across industry sectors including large corporates, real estate, industry & services, project finance, structured & corporate finance and financial services.
