For Cigna: led and managed development teams (approx 120 people) in the construction and delivery of a Healthcare 5010 Claims Intake Engine to process EDI health care insurance transactions. This is a large, complex SOA based solution. Technologies include Oracle Fusion 11g (SOA, BAM, ESB, WebLogic), Websphere MQ, Edifecs, Corticon, Business Objects and Informatica. Responsible for the buildout and operational support of the infrastructure (twelve environments). Functioned as Primary Triage Leader

For Western Union: Managed the migration of three mainframe applications to a midrange solution. Responsible for vendor/partner relations, finances, project management, problem and issues resolution and staffing.
