I was responsible for recruitment and training of 1,030 poll workers every election cycle. I also coordinated the delivery of the voting machines to 202 polling places with a fleet of 3 trucks and a team of 6 workers. In between election cycles I coordinated with vendors to schedule the repair and maintenance for over 930 voting machines as well as L & A.
