CFD reconciliation process:- Perform daily process checks and provide support within the deadlines- Perform custom work for multi-client reconciliations, look for ways to standardize when possible- Handle complex issues and escalate as needed acting with a sense of urgency- Train staff (Assosciate 1) on basic principles of process- Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities

- Completing daily, weekly or monthly portfolio reconciliations using excel templates or online tool- “TriOptima” - Moving a reconciliation process to the new office in India: providing an onsite training (Coimbatore city – 4 weeks) for new joiners; preparing a written procedures and job aids; - Daily contact with brokers, clients or other State Street departments- Investigation portfolios differences with counter-parties, clients or other departments- Participation in new hire onboarding process- being a buddy- Responding to internal and external queries pertaining to the reconciliation of OTC instruments.
