Regions assigned: Bucharest and PH.Regular operational meetings with partners for setting/attainment plans.Monitoring the credit and stock of the distributors, in line with Company policies.Training and supervising the sales force to distributors.Implementation of the monthly Operational Plan.Closely monitoring any changes in the market, including activities andprice competition, consumer attitudes, consumption and reportingimmediate to Regional Sales Manager.

Signing contracts and managing customers marketing in covered area (district 1.2and 3 of Bucharest).Coordination and control to maintenance team (painters, decorators, electricians).Responsibilities for implement merchandising and POPM's to customers sites in assigned area.
