-Responsible for all credit risk throughout the Company, which includes the Insured Portfolio, the Investment Portfolio and Financial Institutions.-A member of the Asset Liability Committee, the Risk Committee, the Enterprise Risk Management Committee and had ownership of SOX controls for CRM.

-Primary credit responsibility, globally, for Utilities, Whole Business Securitizations, Commercial Asset Backed Securitizations, Infrastructure and Project Finance. Head of North American Investment Grade Corporate Credit-Successfully integrated the $50Billion Investment Grade Credit Portfolio and process' of Bankers Trust Company and Deutsche Bank.-Implemented the restructuring of the Credit Department along industry lines, improving efficiency and industry expertise.-Actively participated in the structuring, review and approval of all loan, underwriting and global markets (trading, counterparty, derivatives,etc) transactions. $500MM credit approval authority.-Proactively interacted with business originators, management and bank clients.-Managed a staff of 16 professionals in multiple locations. Responsible for on-going training and development.

-Senior Credit Officer responsible for approval and management of all Corporate and Financial Institutions Credit and Country Risk in Latin America.-Product responsibility included all derivative products, foreign exchange, commodities, fixed income trading and financing, structuring and approval of all loans (corporate, high yield, project finance,etc) and debt underwriting. -Established policies and procedures for multiple subsidiary and joint-venture operations.-Participated in the approval and management of Private Equity investments.-Responsible for the development, training and management of eight professionals in multiple locations.

-Group Credit Officer responsible for the approval and management of credit risk for Southern European Corporates and Financial Institutions.-Managed a portfolio of loans and the risks related to various types of global markets trading and derivatives products with risk totalling over $10BIllion. $100MM credit approval authority.-Represented credit in the establishment of risk parameters and credit policies for all new products.-Managed a professional staff of four.

-Credit Officer responsible for approval of fixed income and derivatives exposure with US Corporates and US and European Financial Institutions.-Established credit policies and documentary standards for all derivative products.-Managed a professional staff of three.
