SUMMARY Direct all aspects of ATAS International, Inc Insulated Metal Panel business including sales, marketing, product and business development, procurement, credit, and other interdepartmental communications. Provide technical service, support, and project management throughout the construction cycle. Support and assist inside and outside sales to further grow sales through new and existing customers. Manage all aspects of pricing, credit terms and sales contracts. Travel to regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and talk with customers at their place of business or by phone. Support, promote and speak at industry trade events and associations. Manage and provide monthly reporting to the VP of Sales on all business activities including sales, competitive information, and key market trends. Provide detailing activities, efforts, past performance and future goals, business transactions and expense accounts. Work with all departments to keep account activities and to investigate and resolve any customer concerns or problems. Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into company CRM system. Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts. Promotes ATAS International, Inc. in industry, manufacturing, and trade associations.

Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalog, and emphasize salable features. Quotes prices and credit terms and involvement with sales contracts. Manage and provide monthly report to VP of Sales detailing activities, efforts, past performance and future goals, business transactions and expense accounts. Work with all departments to keep account activities and to investigate and resolve any customer concerns or problems. Manage a strategic sales territory by making sales calls on distributors, contractors, laminators, and fabricators to promote CertainTeed HVAC insulation products, OEM products and Metal Building insulation. Conduct frequent business reviews and plan concurrent activity to increase sales and improve profitable product mix.Provide management support and training to the territory managers in developing long-term profitable strategic business relationships with our customers in accordance with company goals. Additional expectations include team building, sales force motivation, target marketing, strategic account planning, program implementation and new account development. Review/approve pricing changes and insure reports-of-competition are completed accurately.Manage and provide forecast and budget data for the District area. Coordinate input from Territory Managers related to pricing and volume and provide report on a monthly basis to Director. Work very closely with product manager to recommend sku addition and deletions by facility.Report sales activity, manage district sales budgets, manage district expense budgets projections, and recommend actions (decision-making) to be taken to achieve sales and profitability goals.
