As Northeast Territory Manager, I managed territory for seven New England states and the six provinces of Eastern Canada. During my tenure, I supported full lifecycle project management to conceptualize, design, and develop technical furniture projects. I led cross functional teams comprised of design engineers, manufacturers, quality control, procurement, production, marketing communications, and sales professionals. In addition, I oversaw strategic planning including Multi‐Generational Product Plans (MGPP) for annual profit planning and forecasting.
