“I Motivate people, so that We achieve results” I joined the US Navy to learn the skill of welding and pipefitting; unbeknownst to me that my naval journey would lead to me to a completely different experience of learning and applying a whole different set of skills. While attending basic training in the Navy, we were briefed on the Navy SEAL program; I applied to attend that training program. During my time in the SEAL Teams, Team building, Teamwork and attention to detail were an essential part of accomplishing the task as our goal of success. Throughout my extensive naval experience in Leadership roles, I consistently motivated teams to achieve exceptional results. I Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and instilling confidence in others. I have high expectations for myself and others, while I consistently measure up to my own high expectations. My approach combines precision and determination, ensuring consistent high-quality results. Flexibility is key; I adapt seamlessly to diverse situations, navigating processes effectively while maintaining a strategic, can-do attitude. I am comfortable with the processes and procedures when they make sense. Each situation is different, which requires me to be flexible in how I approach each situation.
