Responsible for manufacturing work cell implementation and sustainment. Integrating assembly and test process personnel to support manufacturing efficiency. Building manufacturing teams that perform at high levels of quality while meeting cost and schedule targets.

Responsible for the production test processes within an operations manufacturing organization. Oversee test development, test implementation, test execution, to meet value stream manufacturing initiatives on DOD government contacts. Accountable for measures and performance to cost and schedule. Manage people, process, and millions of dollars in company, customer, and capital equipment.

Responsible for Systems Engineering Test process related activities such as design verification to specifications, test process and procedure development, environmental qualification and stress testing to specification to include shock, vibe, thermal, altitude testing, implementing special test applications associated to system level products, test equipment, test fixture, test harness and cable design and build, leading teams of engineers and technicians, supporting off site flight test and deployment activities in operational customer locations, performing assigned activities while managing cost and schedule.

Working with system engineering teams I was responsible for test set-up, execution, process/procedure verification, test and debug of production systems from top level down to component. Performing many of these test process in environmental test scenarios to include thermal, vibe, altitude and shock. Support offsite demos, fight tests, and deployments out of country.
