Current

As a SEAL Team Commander, I have proudly led diverse groups of personnel across the nation and beyond, hand-picked by corporate leadership to lead the pinnacle of technology application for Special Reconnaissance Team ONE. Through my nine deployments, including five to active combat zones, I have planned and executed 800 direct combat operations against opposition forces with zero friendly casualties. As a leader, I have been responsible for five unique pillars for operations and intelligence programs, successfully negotiating and coordinating international and interagency agreements to solve complex national security problems. My dedication to care for people is reflected in my initiation of the "Human Factors Council" to proactively mitigate personnel issues and reduce long-term downtime. I have also promoted teamwork for execution, deploying uniquely trained forces across three combat zones in 19 countries across four continents. Through training foreign military personnel in 17 countries, I have built rapport and relationships. As a senior advisor to Seventh Fleet, I have provided advice that synchronized efforts against the competition and planned the combined movement of 14 warships and 300+ Special Operations personnel during multiple events. Finally, I have successfully conducted three strategic-level operations, providing the U.S. government with key information for decision superiority during bilateral discussions. My successful efforts in aligning Special Operations Command senior leaders and external industry partners with a mission, vision, and investment strategy for new technologies resulted in a $137 million internal reinvestment and $860 million toward new strategic opportunities. My early engagement and research included AI/ML, VLC/VR, 5G mesh, Edge Compute, IIOT, Big Data, and DEVSECOPS.
