I am presently responsible for supporting the lifecycle of products in the Touchstone line of embedded multimedia terminal adaptors and cable modems. In this capacity, I capture market requirements, prepare RFP responses, develop business cases, create marketing collateral, and deliver product roadmap presentations and educational webcasts. These responsibilities require close cooperation with all organizations in ARRIS and with current and future customers.

Responsible for coordinating evaluation of multiple constant bit-rate telephony platforms - including systems by ADC, Tellabs, and Lucent. Drafted the Comcast telephony test plan, established interconnection between the switch and HDT, installed customer premises equipment, and acted as chief editor for all trial documentation.
