I started my career as EHS coordinator for GGB Slovakia where I have implemented and developed management systems according ISO 14001 and 45001, co-created and build overall EHS strategy and leading it's practical implementation to the sucessfull EHS performance of GGB Slovakia. After few years , I have been accepting challenge to become a Safet y coach and Enpro EHS regional manager with main purpose to develope strong safety culture and leadership and bring corporate EHS vision to the practice within the region of Germany, Holland and Slovakia. I have become passionate for creating better and safer workplace, and helping global company to the next level of EHS success. Parallery I was succesfully leading corporate European EHS audit program . After 3 years, my regional ehs management experience has been globalized and I have accepted EHS manager position for GGB globally. I have closely cooperated with plant mangers, vice president of company and corporate EHS director using coaching, change management, project management, employees engagement and leaderhip skills and other capacities to positively shape EHS future of the business. After almost 4 years of global experience I am back to help GGB Slovakia to get to the next level of EHS, sustainability and it's connected culture and perfomance . My personal vision is safer and greener world where we live in more harmony with each other and with the Earth. I will be more than happy to help other businesses to grow in EHS area which finaly means stronger profitability and longer sustainability.
