CurrentManage various aspects of submitting and obtaining zoning, permitting, and agency approvals at all governmental levels for Telecommunications and Commercial Infrastructure projects. Project consultation of municipal regulations and design requirements. Knowledge of local and regional zoning, building, and external agency policies and standards.Interfacing and negotiating with municipalities, governmental agencies (I.e Air Quality, environmental agencies, etc.), and Carrier External Affairs to complete entitlement and permitting related tasks. Construction plan review and consultation with respect to building codes and zoning design guidelines. Milestone management of all Zoning and Permitting related tasks including tracking permit status and risk assessment. Inspection resolution and trouble-shooting for closeout and project completion.
