Directed the commercial operations of a hospitality/accommodation provider based in Morzine, France. Managed over 60 staff, ensuring the smooth running and profitability of all hotels, apartments, bars, restaurants and transfer companies in the portfolio.

Oversaw the entire European operations for this short-break ski company. Created and maintained contracts and relationships with independent hoteliers in European ski resorts. Recruited, trained and managed an overseas seasonal team and oversaw all aspects of product delivery in Europe throughout the year.

Responsible for overseeing the profitability and continued smooth running of all units.
