Led planning and programming for organization directing all military space operations worldwide. Developed combined space operations concept & led 4-Nation team in executing operations for first time; briefed vision, plan, progress and results to senior DoD/MoD officials from US, UK, AUS, CAN

Led 80-person organization operating one of a kind space (SATCOM) test and training range/environment. Operated at 130% of resourced capacity. Spearheaded first inter-connectivity of air, space, and cyberspace ranges.

Led office of 40 high performing individuals in dynamic, high visibility, high pressure atmosphere. Developed concepts, strategy, positions on toughest policy issues from irregular warfare to cyber. Authored cyberspace concept and one of four in Air Force to lead writing of first cyberspace doctrine

SAASS is a 50-week, follow-on school for selected graduates of intermediate-level Department of Defense PME schools. SAASS creates warrior-scholars with a superior ability to develop, evaluate, and employ airpower within the complex environment of modern war.

Responsible for multiple space and cyberspace advanced programs. Primarily responsible for normalized emerging network warfare program, authoring capability document and overhauling investment strategy

Directed daily operations and syllabus execution of space superiority weapons instructor course at USAF Weapons School while carrying full instructor load. Led 14 high-performing officers instructing/mentoring a class of 10 of the best board selected space operators every 6 months

One of a handful of officers to put in place the first operational space test process for military space capabilities to include: Missile Warning, Space Surveillance, SATCOM, GPS, Space Command and Control, Air Force TENCAP, and nascent missile defense capability

Responsible for all ground station support operations and maintenance deconfliction, including operational impacts of integration and testing of the $25M Satellite Readout Station Upgrade program. Commanded multi-national crew of 12 operating Defense Support Program missile warning satellite

Responsible for all aspects of 25-member crew force training and site-wide contingency response. Qualified crew commander & instructor responsible for large phased array radar conducting missile warning and space surveillance/situational awareness in support of NORAD/US Strategic Command
