No. 9,506,850, leading to patent protection in Canada, South Africa, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Turkey.● Provided extensive IP consultation in connection with numerous IP litigations and disputes.● Successfully defeated a likelihood of confusion rejection for U.S. App. Serial No. 97/313,476 by persuading the owner of an earlier-filed, cited application to voluntarily withdraw the application.● Extensive experience in connection with Madrid Protocol international trademark applications.● Formulated and prosecuted families of design patents using broken line strategies to limit design around possibilities, leading, for example, to the issuance of U.S. Pat. Nos. D732,359; D776,998; and D811,182 and U.S. Pat. Nos. D679,205; D676,768; D705,094; D717,673; and D738,232.
