-Assisting the supervisors, walking the floor answering agent queries and educating them on proper company/client procedures and Core TP values -Level 2 Help Desk and Troubleshooting:Assisting the Primary Trainer with educating incoming agents and following through after they have finished initial Training period-Learning new information quickly and delivering it in a way that is easy to understand and assimilate while reinforcing core principles of good Customer Service/Sales. -Assisting the Main Trainer during the initial agent training as well as following up with the new hires during the start up on the floor so as to increase retention of quality agents
